Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Early to mid C18, enlarged in C19; altered. Handmade brown brick in English garden wall bond (3+1), stone slate roof. T-plan formed by one-and-a-half-depth front range with added rear wing. Two storeys and attic, 2 windows; doorway to the right (protected by C20 gabled porch), and 2 segmental-headed casement windows on each floor, those at ground with deep heads of gauged brick and all with C20 joinery. Extruded gable chimneys. Right-hand gable wall has one enlarged or altered window on each floor, and very small attic window to rear of chimney. INTERIOR: hall or housepart to right, parlour to left; doglegged staircase to rear of parlour, with closed string and stick balusters; beams on both floors with small chamfer; purlin roof, with chamfered purlins.
