Shop and dwelling. Late C18/early C19, with earlier origins. Brick; hipped Welsh slate roof; central brick stack. 4 storeys; single-window range: early C18(?) 6/6 sash under gauged brick flat arch, with sillband and storeyband over; 3/6 sash under gauged brick flat arch; 6/6 casement; moulded wood eaves. Mid C19 shop front, with recessed entrances to shop and No.15A; right wall of lobby displays C18 or C19 timber-framing. Left returned side: gable displays stick-framing over larger plate. Rear of No.15A: moulded eaves; string course. INTERIOR: No.15A: C19 open-well staircase with turned balusters, to 3rd floor. 2nd floor: early C18 framing visible; plank door with L-hinges. 1st floor: C18, 4-panel doors and architraves.
