Farmhouse, now flats. Early C17. Stone plinth; timber-frame and brick, with render to right; plain tiles to front pitch and projecting gable of porch wing; Welsh slate to rear pitch and wings; spurred brick cluster-stack to right front, spurred end stack to left, and plain end stack to rear wing. E-shaped plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range: C20, 2-light casements in projecting porch wing, under moulded barge boards with pendant; to left, 2 similar; to right, 3-light casement in render. Porch of post and plank construction, with moulded frame, and pierced splat-balusters, under moulded bressumers on curved brackets; panelled doors in moulded frame, with panelling over; various C20 casements, in render and brickwork. Right returned side: part rendered, with C20 (or earlier) entrance and fenestration, as to narrow wing to rear. Left returned side and wing to rear: C20 fenestration (under moulded bressumer to front gable); render to ground floor. INTERIOR: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters. 1st floor: stop chamfered ceiling beams; stone stack; exposed main posts. (RCHME).
