House, latterly commercial premises, derelict when surveyed (1972). 1760s for the Forster family. Painted stucco walls. C20 tile roof; C19 end brick chimney stacks with vestige of C18 stack at left, partly rendered. Three storeys, five bays. Central panelled door in pedimented pilastered doorcase with triglyph and metope frieze. Left square-headed carriage arch with plank door could be a later insertion. Sash windows with glazing bars; ground floor windows boarded over.
INTERIOR not accessible at time of survey and damaged by a series of fires. Right C20 shop extension.
