Shop. Early/mid C19. Roughcast with painted stepped stone voussoirs. L-shaped plan with extensive rear wing. 3 storeys; one-window range. The street front has a low parapet above an 8/8-pane sash to the second floor and a 6/6-pane tripartite sash to the first floor, both to right of centre in raised architraves. C20 shop to street front and left return of the main block round which parapet continues; no windows above. The 3-storey rear wing has a variety of sash and casement windows; the rear roof is gabled, with stone coping and a truncated brick stack to the rear end. INTERIOR not inspected.
