House. 1909. By Runton & Barry for the Garden Village (Hull) Ltd. Brick, pebbledashed, with tile hung gables and plain tile roofs with single gable and side wall stacks. 2 storeys; 2 bays. T-plan. Windows are mainly wooden framed casements with glazing bars. Cross wing, to right, has a 4-light window and below, a canted hipped wooden bay window with 6 lights. To left, a catslide roof covering an open porch in the return angle, with corner post and segment-headed half-glazed door. Left return gable has similar fenestration to the right gable. Right return has a 4-light casement on each floor. This building is one of a number designed by Runton & Barry for the first phase of the Garden Village development.
