House, now office, and attached railing. 1790, altered early
C19. Stucco and brick, with hipped slate roof with 2 rendered
side wall stacks. Plinth, first-floor band, wooden gutter on
brackets. 3 storeys plus basement; 2x4 bays. Albion Street
front has two 12-pane sashes and above, two 9-pane sashes.
Ground floor has two 12-pane sashes with panelled aprons.
Basement has a 9-pane sash to left and a half-glazed door to
right. Left return, to Percy Street, has a central
round-headed 15-pane sash and above it, a similar 12-pane
sash. Central stucco doorcase with Ionic columns and cornice,
with beaded 6-panel door with 4 glazed panels and overlight.
To left, two 12-pane sashes on the lower floors and two 6-pane
sashes to the second floor. Outside, to Albion Street, a
cast-iron area railing.
