House and adjoining boundary wall. c1810. Yellow brick, with
red brick boundary wall, painted ashlar dressings and hipped
late roof with 2 ridge, 2 rear wall and single side wall
stacks. Plinth, first-floor band, wooden gutter and brackets.
2 storeys; 3-window range of 16-pane sashes on each floor,
with painted brick flat arches. To left, a parapeted
single-storey porch with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight,
flanked by Roman Doric columns. Outside, boundary wall with
ramped slab coping and 2 square brick gatepiers with slab
caps. Two C19 wrought-iron gates.
