House, vacant and boarded-up when surveyed. c1800, with mid C20
alterations. Brick, the front painted, with asbestos cement
roof and rendered gable stack. Rendered plinth and dentillated
brick eaves. Two storeys plus garrets; 3-window range. Windows
have splayed lintels. Below, to right, two similar windows and
to left, a wooden doorcase with pilasters and cornice, three stone
steps and recessed 6-panel door and overlight. Left return has
two 3-light casements and above, a central panelled loft door.
Below, a central 3-light casement. Angled rear bay has a
2-light window between floors and a smaller window at garret
level.
