House, now 2 dwellings. Probably C18, refronted C19. Scored stucco, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with wing to rear left (now Hector Cottage) and additions in the angle. Plinth, raised quoins. Central doorway has part-glazed panelled door in ashlar architrave with cornice on consoles; 'HECTOR HOUSE' on plaque above. C20 casements with glazing bars in shaped surrounds with projecting sills. Ogee, cast-iron gutter on blocks; shaped kneelers (copings removed); end stacks. Left return: gable of Hector House has small window with surround as front. Hector Cottage in rear wing: part-glazed door in ashlar surround with shaped stone brackets to later canopy; C20 casement to left and another to 1st floor centre, both have surrounds as front to openings of earlier proportions; end stacks.
