Farmhouse. Early C18, altered mid C19. Dressed limestone, tiled roof with brick stacks. 'L'-plan. Two storey, 4 windowed; sashes. C18 build has double doors with transom light in bolection moulded case with broken pediment on consoles, three 8-pane sashes in bolection-moulded cases with cornices to right. First floor has four 8-pane sashes in bolection moulded cases with cornices, string course and blocking course to roof. Range to left has two 8-pane sashes in beaded architraves to ground and first floor, coped verge to left gable. Left return has two ovolo-moulded 8-pane sashes, rear wing has 2- light ovolo-mullioned casement and C19 mullioned casement to ground floor, first floor has three 4-pane sashes in bolection moulded cases. Right return in brick has stone bull's eye and 1-light casement. Rear extended reusing C17 brick; 12-pane sashes and 2-light casement, rear wing has 2-light casements facing yard enclosed on other two sides by single storey outbuildings. Interior has C19 stairs with stick balusters and turned newel in range to left of front, 4-panelled doors, C18 range has doors with six fielded panels and window shutters with fielded panels, semi-circular opening in entrance hall. Attached to front are flanking brick walls with stone coping, C19 cast-iron front railings on brick dwarf walls with good C18 chamfered rusticated stone piers with corniced capping and ball finials in reeded bowl, wooden gates.
