CORSHAM PICKWICK ST 86 70 (south side) 4/301 Nos. 8 and 10 GV II
Pair of houses, dated 1739, limewashed rubble stone with stone tiled roof, coped gables with saddlestones and central ridge stack. Two storeys and attic, 2-window range to each house of flush cyma- moulded mullion windows with dripcourse over ground floor centre. First floor 1-2-2-1 light windows, single lights blank and centre datestone ISN 1739, ground floor centre 2 similar 2-light windows and doors each side in flush moulded surrounds, enclosed in C19 gabled ashlar porches with moulded round arches and blank panels above. All 2-light windows have C19 iron lattice glazing Attic single lights each end. East end addition to No 8 with canted wall at north-east angle.
