House C18 with C19 alterations. Roughcast, with stone slate roof.
2 storeys 3 bays. Central through hall. Central early C19 heavily
panelled door within stone doorcase and bracketed canopy. Cast
iron porch. Canted 2-storey bays to either side with paned
casement windows. C18 dormer at rear.
Interior has fireplaces of 1834-40. 6 bay roof with carpenter's
marks. Section of floorboard has initials RH and date 1784. House
belonged to Bathe family in C18, whose monuments remain in the
churchyard (q.v.).
