Includes No.2 Newbury Street. Town house, now offices. c.1720-30. Flared header bond brick, red brick quoins and dressings; roof not visible; flared and red brick stack. L-plan. 3 storeys; 4-window range. C20 shop front to ground floor. First and second floors have segmental arches of gauged brick with half-H aprons to 4 early C18 sashes with original glazing bars, one blind window, 2 mid C19 sashes and 2 blocked windows. Red brick string course and parapet course; parapet panelled in red brick. Brick stack to left corner. Left side wall to No. 2 Newbury Street has similar 6-window range of 5 early C18 sashes with original glazing bars, 5 blocked windows and C20 sash to right. Interior: Early C18 two- and 6-panelled doors. Mid C19 fireplaces, and mid C19 staircase to rear right. First-floor room to left has panelling of c.1730. Collar-truss roof.
