Detached cottage. C17. Timber-framed rebuilt in flint and rubble stone, thatched roof with half-hip to right and hip to left, brick stack to left. Single-storey and attic, 2-window. Ground floor has 3-light casement, two eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements. Right return has planked door with single-light casement either side, timber-framed first floor now clad in corrugated iron. Attached to left return is weatherboarded shed under hip of main roof. Interior not accessible at time of survey (February 1986).
