House, now office. Late C17/early C18, Flemish bond brick with flared headers, 10 courses of glazed brick at storey level, random bond brick above; old tile roof; no stack. One-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. C20 door with mid C19 pedimented surround. Segmental header arches over C20 casement above. Dentilled eaves. Gabled roof, lower eaves line on right side. Mid C19 bow window in right side wall, which has splayed arriss. Interior: Plain beam on ground floor. 2-bay collar-truss roof.
