Farmhouse, dated 1753, rubble stone with stone tiled roof, 2 storeys and attic. Original house has coped gables and brick end wall stacks, but has been extended each end, east end with large ashlar stack and west end with small corniced ashlar stack. Central range with 2 hipped dormers, upper 4-window range of flush 2-light cyma-moulded mullion windows, string course and ground floor with stone doorcase and hood on brackets,dated R.S. 1753, 6- panel door and 2-light mullion window to each side. To left projecting single storey gabled room with hollow chamfer 2-light west window. West end section has 2-light hollow chamfer window to each floor, part obscured by stone tiled lean-to, and plank door. Garden front similar to entrance front with carved R S 1753 over door, but later ashlar porch with coped gable in front. East end extension, one window range, west end, 2-window range with hipped dormer.
