House, now local government offices. c,1840s. Stucco with hipped slate roofs. Italianate style. 2 storeys and 3 bays. 1st bay breaks forward; 3rd bay recessed. Ground floor has channelled rustication with frieze and cornice; 1st floor sill course; top frieze and bracketed eaves. 1st floor windows have eared architraves, pulvinated friezes and cornices, central window has pediment-all windows have casements. Porch has attached distyle-in-antis Ionic colonnade with central round-arched opening with balustrading, pierced parapet. Entrance in return. Central bay has tower with round-headed blind window and triple round-headed openings below bracketed eaves and pyramidal roof. 4 stucco stacks with moulded decoration. Right return and rear facades are similar. Return has central attic storey above ground floor canted bay window with pierced balustrade and 1st floor tripartite window with colonnettes. Rear has 2-bay window and low end bay with blind tripartite window with triple key and shell motif in round recess above.
