GV II

House, early C18 on earlier core, rubble stone and stone tiled roof with end wall stacks, and, at south end part of a C16 cottage. One-and-a-half storeys. Main range is double fronted with renewed recessed cyma-moulded 2-light mullion windows to ground floor and to dormer gables above. Central doorway with Cl9 studded plank door. To left is C16 lower range, one window section of 2 window range cottage. Upper dormer gable with leaded light timber casement, lower door and leaded shop window under single timber lintel. This section has deep chamfered centre beam and rear wall fireplace. The south section of the range is part of Corbett Cottage (q.v.).
