INCE BLUNDELL PARK WALL ROAD SD 30 SW (south-west side) 6/78 East gate to Ince Blundell Hall (formerly listed as Archway, Ince 11.10.68 Blundell Park) II Entrance archway and flanking pedestrian entrances. 1770- 76. Stone. Central round-arched entrance with imposts continued as fluted frieze, archivolt and C20 gates. Flanking paired Ionic pilasters, capitals with festoons; fluted frieze has centre panel with festoons and rosettes, and pediment. Flanking pedestrian entrances have tented caps with festoons and rosettes, that to left has 6-panelled door with fielded panels. Set in brick estate wall with stone coping.
