House. Mid C17 altered and extended mid C18 and early C19. Rubble
brought to course, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-room front with
quoins between each bay. 1st cell C17, probably gabled originally
as cross-wing to earlier timber framed house, evidence of which survives
inside. To left, 3-light double-chamfered mullion window with 4-light
window over, originally of 2 lights. Glass porch covering inserted
doorway has monolithic jambs with to its right a 3-light stepped, flat-
faced mullion window with 4-light chamfered-mullion window above. To
right, 3-light stepped window to both floors. Left hand return wall
has coped gable with kneelers at different angle to tabling perhaps
indicating that it has been moved and had a front facing gable originally.
Rear has doorway with monolithic jambs to left of small chamfered light
for staircase. To right 2-light window with cavetto-moulded mullion.

Interior: Central room has C18 fireplace with segmental-arched lintel.
Roof has purlins with ½lap joints reused from earlier building.
