House. 1731-2 with late C19 facade. Red brick, roughcast render (added 1936), plaintiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 4 window range, large pane sashes in flush frames; asymmetrical doorway with paired 3-panel doors, the upper 2 panels glazed, portico on octagonal timber columns and half-octagonal pilasters, triangular pediment. Plastered band at first floor level and plaster cove eaves cornice; 2 shallow pedimented dormers. Parapet gable ends with bands at first floor and eaves levels. One original cross window survives in the former outside rear wall. The original building accounts survive.
