Outbuilding for Small Banks Farmhouse reputedly used as a joiner's workshop. Mid C18. Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 single cells each with doorway with tie- stone jambs and lintel with ovolo moulded profile. Single narrow light over to 1st floor with plain stone surround and small-paned glazing. Coped gables with kneelers the right gable having stack.
