Inn, late C17, rubble stone, formerly rendered, with slate roof, coped gables, ridge and end wall stacks. 2 storeys. Irregularly spaced window bays with flush cyma-moulded mullion and transom windows. From left, 3 first floor mullion and transom windows over 8-pane sash in early C18 raised moulded surround with dripstone, plank door with hood on brackets and timber canted bay window with stone tiled roof. To right a mullion and transom window with dripstone at landing level, then 2-window range of mullion and transom windows, ground floor pair with single dripstone over. South end wall 2-window range, upper mullion and transom windows with dripstones, ground floor 8-pane sashes in C18 raised moulded surrounds with dripstones. Stone tiled rear wing with end wall stack. Painted rubble stone with C20 porch. Formerly called the Codrington Arms.
