SHERSTON HIGH STREET ST 8485-8585 (west side) 8/129 Nos 27 and 29 12.12.51 GV II
Two terraced houses. C18 with late C19 refronting. Incised render to east front, rubble to rear with rusticated quoins and gabled stone slate roof, north end stone stack and further stone stacks to rear wings. Both houses of 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows. Windows are 4-pane C19 sashes in deep reveals with projecting rendered keystones, C20 semicircular small pane glazed bay to ground floor left of No 29 and 3 hipped dormers with 2-light casements. Six-panel door with rectangular fanlight off-set to left to No 27 and similar door off-set top right to No 29. Two- leaf garage gates to left to No 27.
