(Formerly listed as Barn and attached dovecote approximately 20 metres north of Humley Manor, MILL LANE)

Barn and dovecote. Early C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof partly survives. Barn: six bays. A long range with tall cart-entry with composite jambs and segmental arch with skewbacks and chamfered surround. To left, two original windows with deep lintels and tie-stone jambs; other openings inserted.
Interior: king-post roof with single-angle struts and trenched purlins.
Dovecote: attached to rear with roof parallel to barn. Three bays. Central doorway has composite jambs and deep lintel with chamfered surround. To right, a two-light double-chamfered mullioned window. Other later openings. Right-hand gable has two-light window to apex.
Interior: two bays occupied by columbarium on three sides, of hand-made brick with scores of nesting boxes. Fish-bone king-post truss.
Partly ruinous at time of resurvey. An unusual survival in this region.
