Details

DAUNTSEY CHURCH LANE ST 98 SE 3/186 Vines monument in churchyard about 8m south of south east angle of chancel of Church of St James GV II Chest tomb, later C18, ashlar, with fielded south plaque in decorated border, flanked by carved scrolls. Baluster angles and moulded cornice with pulvinated frieze broken forward over plaque. Fielded north plaque. Inscription to Benjamin Vines died 1776.
