Laithehouse, now unoccupied. Date 1721, but in character second half C17 with added C18 bay and C19 subdivision of house. Coursed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys, rear aisle and lean-to. House: two first floor windows. Quoins on left. Blocked doorway with chamfered, quoined surround and lintel inscribed 'H(orI)R 1721'. To left and right later, C19, doorways with plain stone surrounds, that to right now blocked. To each side of doors a double-chamfered mullion window, to left of four, now two, lights, to right of three lights with fourth light added.
First floor: two six-light double-chamfered mullion windows, that to left now four-light, that to right now with all but one light blocked. Corniced end stack to left. Laithe to right: three bays. Quoins on right. Central chamfered, quoined doorway, now blocked. To right, later cow door, now blocked, has plain stone surround, with tie stone and window resting on it to left jamb. Over central door a later window with stone lintel. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to right. Added bay to left of house: quoins. One two-light window with stone lintel and cill to each floor, ground floor mullion removed. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping and shouldered stack to left end.
Rear: house has two two-light double-chamfered mullion windows. Laithe has cart door with tooled, quoined surround; to right a chamfered quoined doorway with small chamfered window adjoining; and to left a later door with plain stone surround; and one chamfered slit-vent. Right return: laithe has chamfered slit-vents.
Interior: a beam dated 1662.
