II
Mill house with adjoining watermill building, now converted to living accommodation. Mill house: Early C19 facade with C18 or possibly earlier core. L shape plan. Timber framed, partly rebuilt in brick, plastered finish; roof of glazed pantiles. 2 storeys. 4 window range, mainly mid C20 3-light casements; asymmetrical doorway with mid C20 glazed door, simple open porch with 2 very slender tapering wooden columns; small first floor window above doorway. Single storey mid C20 wing to left hand side. Watermill: Late C18/ early C19, considerably rebuilt mid C20. Timber framed and weatherboarded, pantiles. Originally 3 storeys and attic. Mid C20 casement windows and doors, lucam to north gable. The waterwheel, machinery and interior fittings have been removed.
