House, now offices. Dated 1899 on rainwater goods. Brick, fronted with regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched plain-tile roof. Clustered stone stack off ridge to centre. Three storeys; two-window range. Tudor revival style. Front elevation has two gable fronted bays; to right incorporating entrance, to left a two-storey canted bay window. Recessed entrance to right has three-centred arched and panelled door with overlight. Stone-mullioned and transomed window to left and mullioned and transomed bay window. First floor has two similar windows. Two attic windows have stone mullions, the window to right has a king mullion. Limestone window dressings and quoins. Finial.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
