Paper warehouse, now offices. Late C19; altered. Red brick with sandstone dressings (roof concealed). Trapeziform plan. Four storeys and 4 bays (2 windows in each bay), with basement and attic; stone plinth, prominent stone cornices over ground and 3rd floors, giant arcades to upper floors, attic storey treated as high parapet; banded ground floor with pedimented former doorway at left end now reduced to window, window to right with doorway inserted beneath it, pairs of windows further to the right, all these windows sashed and with keyed heads flanked by pendents from the cornice; arcaded upper floors have pilasters with swags to the capitals, and keyed round-headed arches at 3rd floor, pairs of sashed windows without glazing bars at 1st and 2nd floors, large semi-circular windows at 3rd floor with small panes in the heads; arcaded 3-light sashed windows to the attic. Left return wall similar. Rear (to former canal basin) and interior not inspected. Forms group with No.12 to south.
