House, now house and two shops. Mid C18 with C20 shop fronts. White-painted render with painted ashlar dressings; synthetic roof tiles with chimneys of stone at left, yellow brick at right, and incised render at rear. 2 low storeys; 3-window range. Left bay wider. Painted tooled C18 stone surround to low boarded passage door at right of centre; at right, plain shop front with recessed door; full-width fascia breaks forward over canted bay window of left shop front with small upper lights; moulded brackets to near-central door; plain sash window at right with projecting painted sill. First floor has plain sash windows recessed above each shop window and passage door; low eaves. Roof has gable coping and moulded kneeler at right end; tall coursed stone chimney at left, tall brick chimney at right, and rear chimney rising from eaves with incised render and moulded cornice.
