House in row. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick stack. 3 storeys, attic and basement, 1-windowed. Tripartite 4:12:4-pane sashes to V-joint splayed voussoirs and brick cill, 8-pane flat-roofed dormer in mansard roof, with break in parapet, grille to basement, left. 6-panel flush door under shallow transom grille, right. Ground-floor brickwork painted, and a tent-hood lead canopy covers full width, with cast-iron decorative cresting to outer edge. Stone moulded cornice with dentils, blocking course and coped parapet, lead hopper-head and downpipe to left; brick stack, left. The opening in the parapet opposite the dormer appears to be original. Probably a one-time butcher's shop, but now entirely domestic. INTERIOR not inspected.
