Small house in row. C15 or early C16 fabric, refronted early C19. Irregular English bond brickwork, timber-framing, tile roof, brick stack. A small property with low eaves, but steep-pitched roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1-windowed. A C20 casement above 16-pane sash, with, to left, low C20 part-glazed door, both these to half-brick segmental head. Eaves board, brick stack to right. Deep back wing. Left gable 2 small attic lights in timber-framing. INTERIOR retains modified roof structure with remains of wind-bracing, and one very heavy transverse beam at party wall, fire side. A very unassuming exterior conceals remnants of a much earlier building here.
