GV II

General boat store/warehouse, formerly tannery drying house. C18. Brick, horizontal weatherboard on timber-framing, tile roof. A simple rectangular block to half-hipped ends, probably open to ground floor on piers in original form. Full-height brick corner piers carry heavy bressumer on N side with various infill panels, below brick wall with regular pattern of ventilation slits in brickwork in 6 rows, 2 single light casements with horizontal bars, to segmental heads, and to left a plank loading door. S end has boarded gable with rectangular light, formerly loading door, and N end boarded gable over corrugated iron. W side has all-boarded upper floor. INTERIOR with heavy beams and joists, much modified, and opened to later extensions through W side.
