House, now shop and flat. Mid C18 with early C19 shop and C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with projecting quoins and painted ashlar dressings; roof of concrete tiles with stone gable copings and stone chimneys. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Painted tooled stone surround to low 6-panel passage door at right. Shop front has tall fluted Doric attached columns to ends and central recessed door; windows renewed in plate glass with front transoms and curved outer corners. Corniced entablature breaks forward over windows; rendered stall-risers. Painted plain stone surrounds to renewed windows, smaller on top floor. Roof has gable copings resting on cyma-moulded kneelers; corniced left end ashlar chimney and right end rendered chimney. INTERIOR: not inspected.
