GV II
House, now shop and flat. Mid C18 house with early C19 shop. Coursed squared stone with painted projecting quoins and painted ashlar dressings; left return patched in brick. Roof of graduated dark slates with stone gable copings and ashlar chimney. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Low painted stone surround to boarded yard-passage door at right. Shop front has Tuscan pilasters to plate-glass windows and recessed central half-glazed double door with blocked overlight. Fan ventilator inserted in overlight. Plain full-width fascia and prominent cornice. Plain sashes above in painted stone surrounds. Roof has gable copings on moulded kneelers, and left end chimney. INTERIOR: not inspected.
