Cottage. Probably C17, altered C19 and C20. Rendered, with slate roof, and brick ridge end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. C20 door to far right with straight hood. Pair of C19 canted bay windows to left and C19 horned and quartered plate glass sash windows to 1st floor. INTERIOR: noted as having spine beams to ground floor.
