GV II

House. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Unpainted render with incised masonry patterns over red brick and uncoursed limestone rubble. C20 ridged tile roof and brick end stacks. 3 storeys; 3:3:1 windows, with blanks to ground and first floors. Central 4-panel door with overlight, panelled reveals and entablature with deep enriched cyma reversa and cornice hood. A pair of blank windows to ground and 1st floor right. Second floor has three 9-pane sashes, first floor has 28-pane tripartite sash to left and two 16-pane sashes and ground floor has a 28-pane tripartite sash. Plinth and end pilaster strips to ground and 1st floors, 1st- and 2nd-floor storey bands and moulded wooden eaves.
