Irregular pair of terraced houses. c1820s. Dressed, coursed Killas; left-hand house has stone voussoirs and rendered cob to upper floor, other house has brick arches and is otherwise stone-fronted; asbestos slate roofs; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan pair, each house has a reception room at the front with a kitchen behind, plus small service extensions at rear of parallel central passages. 2 storeys; overall 4-window front. 2 round-headed doorways in the centre with C20 doors, blind fanlights; other openings are spanned by shallow segmental arches with keyblocks, except for 2 openings in the 1st-floor cob of No.27 (left); 2 original 1st-floor hornless sashes with intermediate glazing bars removed, 3 later 4-pane sashes, and C20 window, ground floor right.
