Block of 3 villas. Early C19. Stuccoed elevations, 2 hipped asbestos slate roofs with linking roof, projecting eaves, stuccoed stacks. U-shaped double-depth plan with recessed central villa facing south flanked by 2 similar villas facing east and west. 2 storeys. Principal villa (No.1) has symmetrical 3-window east front with central doorway within C19 glazed porch with pilaster corners and round-arched lights; also scribed corner pilasters with pairs of consoles and narrower pilasters with single consoles flanking central bay and original 12-pane hornless sashes, moulded eaves. South front of 2:3:2-fenestration is similarly detailed, the central bays are set back and there is an iron verandah in front with doorways with panelled doors at left and right near the angles. INTERIOR: where inspected (ground floor of Nos 1 & 2) retains many original features including window shutters, panelled doors, moulded ceiling cornices over consoles and open-well stair with mahogany handrail over scrolled newel.
