Town house, now office. Early C19. Granite ashlar with asbestos slate roof hidden behind parapet. Double-depth plan with one room at the front. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Plinth, string course and moulded cornice to parapet with blocking course. Round-arched doorway, on the left, has ashlar pilasters, moulded architrave, moulded cornice and spoked fanlight over 6-panel door. Shallow segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over original 12-pane hornless sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
