House. c1840-50. Stucco with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, main block with 2 rooms flanking central entrance, with additional unit to the right, probably also original. Central entrance has gable over suggesting pediment. Door in lattice work porch with scallops and finial linked to continuous verandah roof across flanking squared bay windows. 3-window range above, with 2-light casements divided horizontally. Gable end stacks. Further flat roofed bay to right has window in drop ended hood mould to ground floor.
