House. c1880. Brick with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3-window range with entrance in recessed full-height porch to the right. Asymmetrical elevation to street, with narrow off-centre advanced gable with paired 2-pane sash windows on principal floors and single attic window in apex. Large canted bay window with hipped roof to right, with narrow sash window above. Narrow sash windows to left. Lower windows have shallow segmentally arched heads, first floor windows steeper pointed arches stressed with continuous hood mould. String courses over each storey. Axial stack. Ridge cresting and finials. Interior has fittings by C.F.A. Voysey, including rear dining room with oak joinery - wainscot, chimney piece with blue tiles and octagonal posts, and built-in sideboard. Painted joinery including cupboard and wash basin in bedroom above, and tall chimney piece with white tiles.
