GV II

House. Mid C18, raised and altered in C19; subdivided later. Painted brick in Flemish bond on high stone plinth at front; rendered on right side; raised and chamfered quoins and dressings of painted stone; stone coped gables and shaped kneelers to pantile roof, with left end and centre right brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 6-window front. C20 board passage door beneath blocked overlight, at right end. Panelled door with overlight in centre, with 2 windows on each side, 12-pane sashes to right, and single-pane sashes to left. On first floor, window to right of centre is C19 canted bay with 4-pane centre sash; 4-pane sash over door; remaining first floor windows are of 12-panes, those to left top-hung sashes, those to right original sashes. Raised sillband on each floor, interrupted on first floor by inserted bay window. All openings except inserted bay have keyed flat arches of gauged brick. Moulded cornice on consoles. 2 gabled dormers with 2x4-pane casements.
