Pair of houses. c1840. Roughcast render with smooth rendered dressings and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, symmetrically-planned pair, each a 2-unit plan. Outer gabled bays advanced, with cast-iron traceried arched window on each floor. Glazed door with lozenge overlight (renewed) in inner bay of right-hand house, French windows with small panels in left hand house. Axial stack in each house. (Plan of the Township of Oxton in the Parish of Woodchurch 1847).
