SJ38NW PRENTON DELL ROAD, Prenton 789-1/4/239 (North side) 28/03/74 Prenton Hall (east) (Formerly Listed as: PRENTON DELL ROAD (North side) Prenton Hall Farmhouse (east))

GV II

House, forming part of the original Prenton Hall Farmhouse how subdivided. Largely late C18. Coursed and squared stone with Welsh slate roof. 2- and 3-storeys. Main block with 2-window range faces east with pedimented side gable balancing that of Prenton Hall (west) (q.v.) and linked to the adjacent house by a lower entrance block. 5-panelled door and 16-pane sash window alongside with flat arched heads with voussoirs, and blind window above. Pedimented gable advanced to the right, with 16-pane sash window with flat arched heads with voussoirs on each floor (12-pane sash to attic storey). Gable stressed with string course, and with oculus in the apex. 2-bay return elevation to the east then lower single unit 2-storeyed roughcast wing beyond. Axial stack.
