Shown on O.S. map as Nos. 19 and 20. Shop and office. Mid C19. Ashlar with parapeted roof. Italianate style. 4 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. C20 shop front with 2 Tuscan pilasters, enriched sill band to 2nd floor and top modillioned cornice and blocking course; panelled quoins. 1st floor has windows with Ionic aedicules and pediments, that to central window has swan-necked pediment with anthemion, and 12-pane sashes with leaded glazing; 2nd floor has windows with eared architraves, pulvinated friezes and cornices, 12-pane sashes, central bracketed balcony; 3rd floor has round-headed windows with architraves, panelled sills and sashes with glazing bars. Gable-end stacks. 3rd bay has entry to Hampton Walk. INTERIOR not inspected.
