Office. c1810. Brick with ashlar dressings; hipped slate roof. Right- angle plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range with single-window left return to street. Brick pilasters, platt band, top frieze and boxed eaves. Windows have plain surrounds and cornices over 12-pane sashes. Central entrance has plain surround, pilasters, frieze and cornice; half-glazed door. Similar return to street. INTERIOR recorded as having plain stair; window shutters.
