Tower, now part of house. Early C18. Red Pennant rubble with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Square, single-depth plan. 2 storeys; 1-window range. Tower with a first-floor impost band, moulded cornice and parapet. C20 doorway and windows. INTERIOR: largely re-modelled C20. Possibly a lookout tower for Lunsford House or Red Lodge, with which it shares impost mouldings. (Gomme A: Street Index of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest: 76).
